Draw Plant Mitochondrial Genome Map

Introduction

This is the program that will draw the genome feature map as well as the cis- and trans-splicing maps.

Notice! Please use the "Preprocess" function before using this function!!

In case no maps were created, please preprocess the GenBank file(s).
In case the mitogenome under study has multiple chromosomes, you need to carefully check that the exons information of trans-splicing genes are annotated correctly, because the "Preprocess" function will annotate trans-splicing genes incorrectly because of the presence of genes with the same name on different chromosomes.
In case the mitogenome under study has multiple chromosomes, all the GenBank files should be submitted at the same time.
We provided two set of samples. One is the mitogneome of Arabidopsis thaliana. It contains only one chromosome. The second set of sample is the mitogenome of Clematis acerifolia. It contains two chromosomes. The sample input files as well as the drawing result files can be downloaded from "Download Sample" button.
