Test Result of PMGmap

The test data used by PMGmap include:
    1. All mitochondrial genome data including one chromosome in the former GenBank as of May 23, 2023, a total of 387 mitochondrial genomes;
    2. As of May 23, 2023, all mitochondrial genome data containing multiple chromosomes in the former GenBank, a total of 18 species.
Here, we provide users with PMGmap test data and test results, including:
    1. "input_mt_plant_single": 387 mitochondrial genomes containing one chromosome after "Preprocess" output files;
    2. "input_mt_plant_motiple": output file of 18 mitochondrial genomes containing multiple chromosomes after "Preprocess" processing;
    3. "input_mt_plant_motiple_original": the original file of 18 mitochondrial genomes containing multiple chromosomes before Preprocess processing;
    4."outdir_OGDRAW": The output result file obtained for 387 mitochondrial genomes containing one chromosome using the original file not processed by "Preprocess" as the input file.
    5."outdir_mt1", "outdir_mt2", "outdir_mt3":387 mitochondrial genomes containing one chromosome are respectively the output result files obtained by using the files processed by "Preprocess" and manually corrected as input files. The outdir_mt1, outdir_mt2, and outdir_mt3 parameters are different. The parameters of outdir_mt1 are: Interval_ratio of genome map=1, Scattered repeat sequence threshold=5000, Ratio of cis-trans splicing genes map=0.02, Whether choose to draw exons or not=Yes, Whether to draw the shadow or not=Yes; The parameters of outdir_mt2 are: Interval_ratio of genome map=0.2, Scattered repeat sequence threshold=5000, Ratio of cis-trans splicing genes map=0.02, Whether choose to draw exons or not=Yes, Whether to draw the shadow or not=No; The parameters of outdir_mt3 are: Interval_ratio of genome map=1, Scattered repeat sequence threshold=5000, Ratio of cis-trans splicing genes map=0.02, Whether choose to draw exons or not=No, Whether to draw the shadow or not=Yes
    6."outdir_mt4": The output result file obtained by using Preprocess processed and manually corrected files as input files for 18 mitochondrial genomes containing multiple chromosomes.
