At present, several chloroplast genome visualization tools are avaiable to draw the circular map of chloroplast genome. However, these tools only show the distribution of genes on the chloroplast genomes. None of them is able to show the detailed structure of the transcripts. This has lead to the difficulty in checking the quality of the annotation results. To allow users to view the splicing genes of Chloroplast genomes, we developed Chloroplast Genome Viewer (CPGView).
