If your assembly is a single sequence, please upload the file in FASTA format directly. If your assembly contains multiple sequences, which could be from different chromosomes or multiple contigs/scaffolds, please place all mitochondrial DNA sequences of the same species in one FASTA-formatted file, and then upload it. We recommend sorting them by sequence length.
